SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us here at Tutu Toi. 

We put big awhi and aroha into the packaging of the precious items we send out to you, however once the items are passed over to the freight and shipping handler we have no direct control over how they handle them.

If for some reason your product is damaged in any way please contact us at: admin@tututoi.co.nz with your order number and photos of the damage and we will connect with you to resolve the issue asap.

 

ORDER PROCESSING: Domestic

In all instances we aim to start processing your order with in 24 hours, if you order on the weekend or on public holidays, the shipping time may vary from our normal timeframes.

Earring sets, Art Prints

Please allow 2-3 working days to process your order.

Expect an email with tracking numbers to be sent to you once the item[s] have been packed and logged into our system to let you know your order is on the way!

Homeware Collection Items [lazy susans, platters, coasters]

The platters and lazy susans are made to order given their sizing please allow 5-10 working days for us to process your order. If you require your purchase at an expedited rate then please email us and we will advise the cost for expedition, if we can do so. 

 

PHYSICAL LOCAL PICKUP:

Unless by prior arrangement there is no local pickup available for online website purchases. If you would like to physically pickup or purchase your items then we suggest you visit us at our next Market Stall which you can find where we are next by clicking here: https://tututoi.co.nz/pages/market-stalls 

 

ORDER PROCESSING: International

Currently we do not offer international courier YET, but we are working in the background to get this up and running as soon as we can.
